Call 1 800 790-2424 and report the outage using our automated system (select 1). If Hydro-Québec is already aware of the outage, the system will tell you when we expect power to be restored. Otherwise, you will be transferred automatically to a Customer Service representative.

For other urgent concerns, select 2 ("for an emergency") and you will be transferred immediately to a representative. Give whatever details you have: damaged pole, severed line, tree down on a line, etc.
